What percentage of people do not know the capital of Canada?

I believe in canada everyone knows, the problem is in the US, to many people don't even know the name of their own congressman & senator so how should they know anything about canada?

the capital of canada is Ottawa.

As a people, we Canadians are pretty intelligent, but honestly I think saying everyone in Canada knows the capital, is just naive.

How many uneducated streetwalkers and gangsters do you really think know the capital?

And of course there are also babies, and people with Amnesia, Alzheimers etc.

No, saying that is not naïve. Obviously pumpkin means besides the people who can't POSSIBLY know like the persons with Alzheimer's (it depends what stage), amnesia, etc. So stop being a smart-ass and realise he's making a generalisation.

Alright, so maybe I was being a smartass about the Alzheimer's patients, but what about the first part - the streetwalkers and gangsters - you really think they ALL know the capital?

I think so. At least here in America, you can ask anyone (it doesn't matter who, 'streetwalker,' 'KKK,' 'ganster,' etc.) and they'd tell you the capital.
