That's outrageous! Freedom of speech is largely being overwhelmed by "Homeland Security".

Wow thats bad.. good thing to just use the digital copies so you dont "own" one. When did this happen?

*Deletes his copy* Well er... *cough* ... Lol naa, haven't had that for years, since I was like 7 or something : D It wasn't so much his freedom of speech that was abused but his freedom to know things - he has the right to go and tell people the contents of the book, but owning it isn't even a problem with free speech, it's just ABSURD to be arrested for owning a copy of a book. The precursor to just about every crazy political dictatorship is the burning of books remember : P Taking knowledge away from the people... Whoever authorised that arrest should be put in an Asylum for being so obscenely, inexcusably, insane : D (And the kid should be released immediately and with compensation)

I find it difficult to believe that somebody has been arrested for owning something that anybody can buy from Amazon.com (it doesn't have an apostrophe, by the way). Perhaps the Anarchist Cookbook is only a part of the evidence against this person. Having said that, I can see no good reason why anybody would own a book that teaches only criminal acts and puts into anybody's hands the means by which to commit atrocities against his fellow man.
