    Just about all of my Asian ingredients are a special trip to a certain city for me. It is completely out of the way. But I go there with my big list and get everything I need, including some fresh things like lemongrass and sprouts, coriander, cabbages, keffir leaves. Then we go home and eat really well for the week or more:-)

    I live in a small town with a small grocery store, so just about everything I shop for, I have to go out of the way. ("speciality meats" in my store is pork tenderloin)
