Yeah, when I used to be Assistant Manager of a grocery store, different brands would always come in and buy me some of their products to try myself, (with the understanding that if I liked the product, I would give it some shelf space). I always got lots of stuff, from ketchup to cooking oil, from artichoke hearts to sardines, from Coca-Cola to Nestle's Quik, well, you get the idea!

Yes. I once found a piece of green plastic in a cookie I was eating! I wrote to the company's web site to complain and they sent me a HUGE box full of cookies, pasta, crackers, etc. Cool!

When my Playstion 2 broke for the third time I had finally had enough of sending it back so I wrote them a letter talking about how unhappy I was with the product. They sent me a package with a prepaid box in it to send my Playstation 2 back in, then they sent me a brand new one for free. =)

This is a good one; I constantly get "Luvs diapers" in the mail...I don't need them, yet! My husband doesn't, I don't think, and I haven't diapered a baby in 10 years. Go figure..I use them to clean my floors, putting them inside down on my mop, works nice.

I was pushing my third daughter in a baby stroller and my two older daughters were walking next to me on a trip to the park. I heard a strange cracking noise so we stopped and I saw the baby stroller starting to shake. I took the baby out just in time because the baby seat that snaps into the stroller fell off the latch onto the pavement. We went back home and I called the company that made the stroller. They overnighted their newest luxury stroller and paid for the return shipping of the broken one. I told them that the baby didn't get hurt because I got her out before the seat fell but they insisted on sending their best model. I'm thankful the baby didn't get hurt but I actually felt guilty because I bought a lower (cheaper) model for $80 and they sent me the cadillac of strollers which we later priced at Babies R Us for $499. They sent me a letter about a month later saying that the latches were defective and they were issuing a recall of that particular stroller. I also got a nice gift from a store where I ordered a custom pool table. First they delivered the wrong parts and secondly the installers that came to put it together were high and drunk and actually lit up a joint in my house as they were trying to put the pieces together. I threw them out, called the store and the company headquarters. They refunded the delivery and set up charge, and sent me a $2000 gift card to their store that I used to purchase a limited edition pool cue.
