It is Alprazolam (generic for Xanax, or Alplax - there may be other brand names, too), an anti-anxiety medication from the benzodiazepine family. Each pill is 2mg - the highest dose that can be prescribed (it is quite much, be careful!). "X" on the other side helps you divide the pill into four approximately equal parts of about 0.5mg alprazolam.
