  • You have no energy and get grumpy.
  • I get "woozy" and have trouble focusing.
  • Compared to most I eat almost no sugar.I stay away from processed foods that have sugar,no soft drinks, and very little pastry. The body makes sugar out of everything we eat and sugar has no use to the body, and could easily be lived without completely.Sugar causes my body to act strangely.
  • My teeth don't fall out? What really happens when my blood sugar (not necessarily related to too little actual sugar) gets low is I get dizzy, a headache, and bitchy..er.
  • I don't think anything bad should happen to you. It really depends on what type of sugar you are talking about. Your body will naturally breakdown carbohydrates into sugars (even in you saliva--this begins to happen). Sugars from fruits and vegetables also carry a lot of vitamins and minerals etc with them...so you might suffer from a lack of those...but no intake of sucrose..I don't think that would harm you.
  • Your body needs certain types of sugars to operate properly, because cells rely on glucose to create certain proteins and amino acids. If you don't eat enough (of the right types) of sugar, you will most likely have much less energy and your body will be unable to repair itself as quickly or operate at full capacity. Processed sugar, on the other hand, is pretty bad for you, and as long as you're eating fruits and other types of sugars, you could probably go your whole life without consuming it and still be okay.
