The theory of evolution encompasses natural selection, as one of the mechanisms by which evolution works; other such mechanisms include sexual selection, which Darwin also wrote extensively on, and things like lateral gene transfer and polyploidy, which Darwin knew nothing about.

    No.
Evolution definition: The process by which different kinds of living organism are believed to have developed, especially by natural selection.

Natural selection definition: The evolutionary process whereby organisms better adapted to their environment tend to survive and produce more offspring.

So evolution is the general name for organisms adapting to their environment, whether it be by natural selection or genetic mutation.
Natural selection is merely one way of evolving.
