They can't take it away from you, but they can kick you out for not complying with their rules. Most theaters have a rule against outside food. When you purchase a ticket, you agree to their rules.
Only if that is their policy to do so and they catch you. When you enter private property you are usually doing so under the assumption that you follow any set rules.
I think a smart theater would let you in with your lollies regardless of rules in order to retain your custom.
They might ask you to leave or dipose of it.
No, that's theft...
They 'can' however, ask you to leave the premises (and I think 'force' you to if you don't comply {call security or whatever})
You could probably opt to dispose of it and they'll let you stay, but it's hard to say... Works on an individual basis per cinema I guess
