I do it all the time. Just unhook it and pull the straps down your arms from in the sleeve and it practically falls down the front of your shirt.

Absolutely. I can even take off a sports bra without removing my shirt.
One time a guy managed to remove my bra, from under my shirt, completely without ever touching my skin in any way.

Depending on what I'm wearing, I do it nearly every afternoon as soon as I walk in my house. Unhook, slip straps out of shirt sleeve and yank it out the bottom front. Ahhhhh!!!!
