I was but not anymore. In PA there are laws that say you must retreat if possible. If you have a permit and ever use that gun on someone, you will go to prison. I remember a case where someone broke in someone's house and the owner shot that person. He was convicted of second degree murder, because he had the oportunity of slipping out the back door.

I am licensed to carry and buy any rifle, crossbow, and handgun, and the needed ammunition.
I rarely hunt, but when i do it is only for food, but i do enjoy shooting. We have a local firing range and both me and my girlfriend have gone numerous times, sadly not only is she better looking than me, she is also a better shot!!!
