Is it okay to line my bunny's cage with newspaper?

I used to get my newspaper from my nans friend (who smoked) but it gave my rabbit a nasal problem. Which i think was caused by the smoke. Ever since i haven't put newpaper in and she hasn't had anymore nasal problems. Hope this helps.

Just make sure they dont eat it and then get sick from the ink on the paper, but is she starts acting wierd after you do it, call a vet or take her in to make sure it isnt harming her. :)

Yes, but it is suggested you use black-and-white newspaper only, no colourful or glossy pages. My rabbits' litterboxes have always been lined with paper, and they always rip it up and eat it.
