It also saves wear and tear on your hands and wrists. Laptops are not very ergonomic.

That's so true, Darkling! I've been using my laptop as my main PC, while using a USB kb and mouse, since I asked this question. I might never bother getting another desktop PC again. A laptop is SO convenient!
