You can't get into trouble for that at all , there is just a limit , thats all + 5

Not into trouble but I have passed my limit and received the spread your points around message. Pretty silly when you are answering a specific persons questions why would you give somebody else the points. If a person is posting the decent questions.

Often. I am currently out of points for a number of folks as I usually am. I am maxed out right now for Capt. Jack Sparrow, Riff-Raff, Anna, Gina, Fun, Jodie, midnighttoker, retroglide and several others.

No trouble. The point well isn't bottomless. You can only draw from it for so much and then you run dry for awhile and you have to wait so that the point water fills back up a little. But go easy or it will run dry again, soon.
