  • I doubt it is flabby! You probably just imagine it is, alot of woman have problems with the way they look when there is nothing wrong with them!
  • just eat right and exercise and everything will be fine. There are a million stomach exercises you can do. What physical are you in otherwise?
  • Get liposuction or a tummy tuck.
  • It sounds like you are in good shape other than this belly bulge. Is it swollen in any way? It could be a sign of Candida Related Complex. Simply reducing alcohol and other products containing yeast (breads, for example) could really help eliminate this belly bulge. If it isn't swollen, just keep up the exercises and it should eventually go away!
  • Your abdomen stretched when you were pregnant and the skin stayed stretched. If it does not snap back into your pre-pregnancy shape, welcome to the real world for most of us. if you are doing this much exercising, there is probably good muscle under the skin and not much fat. Either check with a personal trainer or make an appointment with a cosmetic surgeon for a tummy tuck.
  • You need to accept that after having a baby, your body will never be quite the same again. The muscles and skin have been super stretched. Lots of sit-ups and core muscle exercises should help, but you have to make sure you eat well too. Dont get too hung up on it. It may look huge to you, but I bet its barely noticable to anyone else. You dont weigh a lot, so just some toning should do it. Good luck
  • There is no possible way for someone 110lbs to be "fat." On the other hand, if your skin is stretched, I suggest you keep it moisturized and if it isn't reduced by your child's one year birthday (most docs require "weight loss" to be solid for 1-2 years to ensure the skin is reduced as much as possible. I would think the baby would be counted here." And lastly, there are a multitude of medical reasons your stomach could appear "pregnant." if the above doesn't apply (sagging skin), then I suggest you speak with your Primary Care Physician so he/she may assess you and possibly begin diagnostic testing.
  • You had a baby. You're trying too hard. Get a one-piece swim suit this year and have fun being mom. You son doesn't care about your little belly fat.
  • How old are you? If you're on the cusp of the Great Metabolism Shift (my word, I just made it up) between 25-31 for most women, your pregnancy could have triggered the shift that was about to happen anyway. If you've already hit your metabolism shift, then never mind
