A, B and C. It all depends how much time/money I have on that day.
-
a, b and sometimes d, except I eat at my desk!
-
I eat in the caf. Sometimes I bring money for lunch or I bring my own.
-
99% of the time it's "a." I've only gone out for lunch twice in the last year.
-
I bring my lunch nearly every day. Maybe once or twice a month I will venture out to eat if I haven't been to the grocers or don't have any leftovers. It is certainly much less expensive. I can eat for two weeks on what I spend for two lunches out.
-
Either (a) or (b). I don't do (c) because I'd only have about 5 minutes once I got there to eat before I'd have to leave again, and (d) isn't an option, as we don't have one. I prefer to bring my lunch because it's cheaper, and easier to plan. However, when I'm out of food at the house, or if my co-workers are all going out to eat - I'll go along and go out for lunch. (A) is definitely my preference, though.
-
Mostly B. I like to get out of the bldg., get some air, walk somewhere.
-
I pack it or come home... today, I am home.
-
Whatever I feel like that day.
-
I pack my lunch for work everyday. It's money crunching time. The other reason is because I cook every night. I take leftovers. What can I say I am a great cook.
-
I pack a sandwich and a piece of fruit for lunch and when the weather gets cold i take a flask of hot soup.
-
I cant pack a lunch as my boss is too cheap to supply a Fridge or Microwave :(
-
I used to eat out almost every day. I started taking my lunch this summer to save time, money and calories.
-
I bring lunch...it's too expensive to eat out everyday.
-
I pack just about every day, eat at my desk, and log unto answerbag.
-
I get staff lunches at my work (restaurant) but on days that I'm at the library I have to eat out or wait til I get home or to work, because there's nowhere to eat, and it's started to get really cold for eating outside.
-
Currently I am unemployed but when I worked I mostly brought lunch. At about $7-$8 on average for a meal and a drink it is way cheaper to bag it that it is to eat out.
-
When I am disciplined, I pack our lunches, but lately we have been eating out which is horrible as it expensive and unhealthy.
-
I get stuck with eating out. It gets pricey sometimes and i do not enjoy it too much. I wish i didnt have to eat out but whatever my manager says, i do. Plus we have to enterntain our clients, right?
-
I pack a lunch that sucks.
-
mostly packed lunch, occasionally school meals but wasn't keen on them.
-
Always begged for the hot school meals but got packed lunch instead.
-
both.
-
When I was in public schools, I usually stood in line with my tray, awaiting the "refried whatever." I only paid 35¢ per meal, back in those days...
-
always begged for packed lunch, think i was only aloud it once a week though! School meals weren't very pleasant!
-
No. Had school meals and sack lunches.
-
school lunch.
-
Mostly I pack my lunch. To buy lunch all the time would be very expensive and there are very few attractive healthy options. At university I shall continue to do this. I make a nice and healthy lunch.
-
From beginning to end, I always had school lunches.
-
I always packed a lunch. School lunches were nasty and the french fries were either soggy or burnt to a crisp. The lunch lady always acted like she was doing us a favor by "feeding us". One day I did buy a lunch and she was upset at me for some reason. Saying " if you want me to feed you you better come in the lunchroom sooner" I said "my $2.00 says that you better feed me or you will find yourself unemployed. Now do your Job" she was left speechless.
-
Back in the day, a little of both.
-
My mother use to give me a packed lunch for school, now I pack lunches everyday for my kids(when they are at school) Grr it was letting me give you points now I appear to be out again????
-
I ate school meals up until Jr. High when I didn't eat at school at all because we weren't forced to. All through elementary I was ALWAYS jealous of the kids who got to pack their lunch. They got to sit at their own table just for packed lunches and everything! Plus.. I HATED milk, and they could get milk if they wanted.. or they could bring their own drink. I think I only packed like twice!
-
Do the math of course school lunch is cheaper so my kids did/do those. If you go to even a cheap fast food restraunt every day you would probably spend 5 dollars a day 5x260 days is $1300 a year. But of course you won't always eat the "cheap food" so may as well figure $1500 at least. Nobody looks at the big picture of how much anything cost per year seems to be human nature to say ahh it's only a few bux, which adds up fast, so yes I do not eat out i can use 1500 bux for better things.
-
I have always had lunch paid for or provided at work.. lucky me.. so at the places it was provided, I ate the food made by the kitchen there. At the places it was paid for, I would take the money and go to a local restaurant.
