Pain in the neck region involving the musculoskeletal system can make radiating pain to the head causing the headache. Adequately treat the neck injury and that should minimize the headaches. Of course over the counter products for pain relif like ibuprofen, acetamenaphin and other varieties. And seeking out medical care if it is the worst headache you ever had or something doesn't seem right like weakness, numb hands and feet. Good luck with your headache. Hope it has passed by now.
