Try baby powder! It dries up your skin. It swallows up any humid wetness on your body. Works for oily parts as well.
There may be, but first one would need to get to the root of the problem. This condition could be caused by a number of different things.
For underarm profuse sweating, there is a roll-on anti-perspirant called "No Sweat". That works really well, but may cause skin irritation.

Can you aid mildly sweaty and clammy hands by applying a deodorant/antipersperant to your palms? if you do not think that this would work, do you have any homemade products that do?
