Were you ever mugged? how did you defend yourself?

When I was in grade school. The mugger pointed a knife at me and ordered me to give him my watch, or else, he would stab me. I didn't defend myself because I was so scared.

I have been mugged a few times in my life, all times I did not defend myself. Since 1997 I have defended myself. Now when it happens I hit as hard as I can right on that persons temple. My objective is to kill that person, I see it as a him Vs me situation. The law is on my side, especially when a weapon is drawn.

I was once mugged the guy tried to pull me out of my car. I have automatic windows so I rolled his arm up in the window and drug him for 8 and a half blocks till he fell off.

I almost got mugged one by a group of guys. I just kept walkin, I really didn't care. I purposely acted like a clueless dumbass on those guys and just walked into my cousins restaurant cause thats was where I almost got mugged

a. Yes, as a teenager once. b. I didn't. I let those boys take my dollar, then I even kept quiet about it for fear of looking "stupid." I thought people had better things to worry about than me losing a dollar.

i was in a building and a friend was out by the car. i heard a couple of firecrackers go off. i ran out and found him robbed and shot in the neck. luckily, i got really calm thanks to my first aid training in school and boy scouts. i applied pressure, elevated head, called 911 ... he survived and i never went back there. he had no way of defending himself, as he turned around there stood the mugger pointed the revolver at him.
