  • Yes I work full time, and no, I could not afford to buy a home (condo, apartment, house, anything!) where I live. Even with 2 full-time incomes, we'd be scraping by if we wanted to purchase something.
  • My husband and I own our home and he is the sole provider and pretty much has been for years we have 3 children and they never spent a day in daycare I have stayed home to raise them and still do now and we have everything we need and sometimes more.
  • Yes, I have a dog and a house... I work full time.. but I don't go out to eat out... If I do buy my self something I buy one a month... budget your self
  • I work full-time and cannot buy a house here in San Francisco. Most one-bedroom condos are selling for $1 million here. Most houses are over $1.5 million. My friends who make six-figure salaries can't afford a house. We all rent. Solution: Leave San Francisco.
  • WORKING PART-TIME BUT WHEN I WAS WORKING FULL TIME I KNOW I COULD NOT AFFORD A HOUSE, BASED ON MY INCOME. I DO OWN A HOME NOW W/ MY HUSBAND. IF I COULD GO BACK BEFORE I DECIDED TO BUY A HOUSE I WOULD NOT. I WOULD RENT AND SAVE TOWARDS A HOME, THEN MAKE THE PURCHASE W/ A GOOD DOWN PAYMENT.
