No. If it was something like a 3rd DUI offense I would not. If they told me they were guilty, I would expect them to take the consequences. If they told me they weren't guilty, I'd post the bail.

No lessons need to be learned. I cannot keep them safe forever. The first time perhaps, give them a chance, but they are not to be free from the law forever.

No matter what? No. Not that one of my kids would do it...but there are crimes that are such that if someone commits them, they have NO business being let out AT ALL. If one of my kids committed one of those types of crimes, I would not bail them out.
