Catastrophe!! I love it! When in France, every time we were 'cut up' by other traffic, our taxi driver kept saying it XD
I have always been very fond of 'l'echelle', which sounds like something beautiful and exotic, but which turns out to be a ladder.
My favourite French phrase is 'tête à claques' - a 'head for slapping' ie. someone you'd love to slap.

I like la connerie, or des conneries, I always laugh when I hear it.

Petite Pede...I don't know if I'm spelling it right. It supposed to mean "little faggot"...it's funny cuz it sounds like "little fart" in my language :P

Haute Couture. It is not funny but it represents my industry.
One line that I have always used is: Je t'aime beaucoup!
l'ananas. It means pineapple in French.
