I graduated in 2006 and I was in band. But for marching band i did colorguard and was captain and drum major my senior year.

i was in high school while in a marching band started at the age of 7 and still going strong im now nearly 22 lol its great iv been on everythin and still love it

Yo, I'm a senior in high school and am doing my fourth year of marching band. I did clarinet 2 years, switched to mellophone, and am now doing baritone. Marching band is the coolest thing you can do in school, I can't think of anything more fun, and you get to watch football games for free - while blowing a very loud horn to cheer on the home team. Overall, I suggest marching band to anyone/everyone.

i was in my high school marching band for four years. i played the snare drum in the drum line. i totally agree with the previous comment that marching band is the best thing to do in high school. it teaches you so many things, pride,determination,dedication,and respect and the list goes on.

Im in high school, a senior now. But im not in marching band. Im in Senior class of 09 comittee, Young Democrats, Key Club and i do some volunteer work. I wish my school would start a club for LGBT students, my school is still very offish about it. but if they did start a club for helping kids i would join it because there are LGBT students in my high school that feel very alone and isolated. i hate that, noone should feel that way, no matter what anyone says.

our school got rid of marching band 3 years ago, but as a freshman (marching band's last year) i taught myself alto sax. it was a blast.
