If you are in a monogomous relationship and have both been tested for STDs, there shouldn't be an issue with him cumming in your ass. Just be certain your STD screening includes HPV, as this is the virus causes cervical cancer. Or, in the case of anal sex, rectal cancer. My wife and I have been having anal sex several times a week for about 16 years and I have always finished inside her. We've never experienced any issues.
