Finding Feebas has to be the most horrible thing ever to be in a Pokemon game. In order to find it, you need to fish with the Super Rod in Mt. Coronet. Here's the problem though: there are 800 fishing tiles in Mt. Coronet, and at any given time, only 4 of them have Feebas in them. And every day, the 4 tiles change. So you basically just have to guess. Just go around, fishing in each one, hoping you'll get lucky. Some good news is that on the few tiles that do have it, it is "Very Common," so once you find it, catch as many as you can.
