That many people around the world die of curable diseases every day. And all it takes is a few dollars to save them.

That the Japanese government suppresses ethnic Ainus. Don't get me wrong, I'm mostly supportive of the Japanese Government. But I just hate how Ainus (like me) are always considered low-class compared to Japanese people.
