  • Well i myself am a smaller guy too, But When i tried to gain size and i did i gained around 10-15 kilos worth of muscle, I had a protein shake after working out, I also ate 5 meals a day. Plus i only drank milk it really helps. So your best option is to eat and eat and eat its the best for gaining muscle mass and just normal mass. Even eat when your not hungry
