Earth. They are mere mortals. They usually mean well, and they are nice enough, but they make mistakes a lot with managing people.

LOL I am not only the employee but also the boss so I have to say sometimes a little heaven and sometimes a little hell.

Oh man, I had a HORRIBLE one until 1.25 years ago, I hate even thinking about it. My current one is great! My wife worked with a woman who was officially just a contractor since her hubby worked there at the ad agency. Once my wife saw her in the morning, saw a new hairstyle, and said "Beth, I really like your hair that way!". Beth said "Hm. You know, Jen, it really doesn't matter what you think." Also, this woman was so disliked that one artistic guy at the ad agency stayed late one evening, went into Beth's office, removed some old dead flowers from a vase on her desk, emptied the yellowing water, refilled it with pee, and put the flowers back in. (I shouldn't laugh, but... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Beth complained about an odd smell for a few weeks.
