About as wet as you'd get walking through a patch of fog.

Depends how dark the cloud is. Light white cloud will not make you wet as such, it feels like cold mist hitting you. The darker the cloud the more water and ice it has in it and is not a nice experience to hit them at terminal velocity not only will you get wet but cuts and bruising is also very likely.
