I'm good @ building computers from scratch. Being the person i am, I would never admit it as being a gift that i have.

Handy-man. I am real good at fixin' little things around the house, like a leaky fawcet, a busted window, replacing busted parts on mowers and appliances, etc.

I wash dishes quite well! I'm careful not to abuse the water supply, but I don't get crazy about it either. I do enough pre-rinsing so that the dishwasher can do the rest reliably. I balance my effort so that I'm not obsessive, but not negligent either. I don't overuse the soap. I make good choices about how much scrubbing to do on any particular dish or pan, based on how dirty it is or how caked-on the food might be. I work quickly, but not rushing. I'm able to be fully present and satisfied while washing the dishes, I'm not trying to get through it as quickly as possible to get on to the "real stuff". I take my dishwashing seriously. I don't treat it as a mundane or boring activity unworthy of my attention and care. The dishes get appropriate respect. When I'm done washing the dishes, I usually clean the counters and mop the floor, so the whole kitchen is clean. The counters and floor get treated to the same level of attention, too. Kitchen cleaning is a religious practice if done properly! :)

I can hit a golf ball over 350 yards ... 397 being my record ... now if I can just stop hooking or slicing, I might be able to keep the ball on the fairway, instead of in the sand traps & water hazards. I win bets at the driving range, but have yet to score an actual game of golf under 100 !!!

Baking, fathering wonderful kids, spelling, my French & Spanish accents (when speaking French (a bit) or Spanish (un poco)), and a great high-pitched voice for the Whos in "Horton Hears A Who!".

I won 17 dance contests. Popular rhythms, disco dancing, both couple and solo. And I place 22 times. The last time was at age 41. I still kick ass at 53! Try me! LOL!.

I am a fantastic chef... I love to create new things and well have prepare tried and true recipes. I have yet to meet a dinner request I cannot achieve! I am very good at presentations - creating them and delivering them... I don't get nervous about public speaking and am skilled at reading a room and reacting in my delivery accordingly. <toooooooot!>

I am good at reading. I know that seems silly, but I would like to point out that, on top of being an English student in school and having to critically analyze books on a regular basis, I can also still enjoy them. I am also good with grammar and spelling. *Smile*
