Went to hospital today, a nurse smiled at me. Then everytime i passed her i got another smile. Shoud i say something to her? what should i say?

    I hate to say it, but just because she smiled at you a few times, that doesn't necessarily make her interested. If she stops in, have a chat with her, but she could just be one of the friendlier/happier nurses on that wing and could be trying to make you feel better, considering you were at the hospital, which isn't anyone's favorite place... If she does something else besides just smiling, like coming in to check on you more often, or brings you some little gifts, or asks lots of questions or tries to touch you as much as possible- those are signs of interest. Otherwise I would just assume she's just a friendly nurse trying to make people's stay in the hospital a little less awful. :)

    its a nurses job to smile. its kindof like a waitresses job is to be friendly!
