  • if you eat tuns and tuns of junk food but never seem to put on weight, then you have a high metabolism
  • all this fast and slow metabolism stuff is bull pooh! if some one is thinner or larger than you, it doesnt mean they have a fast metabolism or slow one, it just means they have different eating patterns, what they eat, how often, how much exercise they do, little things like how fast they walk. if you sit on your couch all day and eat 10 meals a day or just snack,full of fat and carbs, you will put on weight but i dont reccomend it, if you eat the same stuff as above but do an hour or 2 of high intense exercise you would just burn off carbs and fat( not all of it ) that you have consumed.if you ate healthy and not snack as much, for instance you weighed 170 pounds (76 kilo's) and had 150 grammes of protien a day, 40 grammes of fat, 90 grammes of carbs a day and went to the gym for an hour with either hight intensity cardio or freeweights you would build muscle with weights or burn carbs and then fat with cardio.
