How do you use bittorrents?
Avatar The Bag Oct, 17 2008 at 11:31 PM
google it. much more complicated than limewire types. but way better. safer too.

agreed. try downloading bittorrent or Transmission if have a mac, otherwise i've heard Azereus is good for windows. once done, you simply download the small file from the address above and drag it into the bittorrent program. once that has finished downloading be sure to keep the file "seeding" to help others out. remember, the program relies on sharing the file between people.

Is that what happened? I have been using dogpile since Singingfish stopped working and now Dogpile seems to be not getting the results I want.
.
I've resorted to TotalRecorder which records what your soundcard is playing and so I record the music as I listen to it online through AOL or any other music location. I really hate the ones that jack the treble up so the quality sucks... I can then save the file as an MP3 and whala! I have recorded some songs off the online videos too.

Wow thats pretty pimp!
I'm still trying to find a new site to download from. I would do what you are doing...but sometimes my internet is crazy slow... it would take years for the videos to load and play.
I loved multiply.com...that is still in existance...but they now have prevented people from downloading music (those jerks!)

try WinMX, or Blubster.com, but I tried Limewire once, and it crashed my computer. So I never use it anymore.
