  • Many times dehydration will cause cramping when running..so make sure you are properly hydrated before a run !:) (Even first thing in the am I will have a small glass of water or an apple for some engergy/water. The standard rule of thumb is eat/drink about 150-200cal before a workout..
  • Yeah hydration keeps cramps away. And if you get a stitch in your side lean into it. Streching also helps if you get cramps in your legs.
