  • There is something you can take for sleep that is totally natural. It's called melatonin. They sell this stuff at GNC and other health stores and its cheap. It's not a sleep drug so you don't feel draggy the next day. What happens is with most people your melatonin levels in your body naturally raise when the sun goes down making you sleepy. When someone works third shift they take this because they can't sleep in the daylight. But with insomnia a lot of times you don't produce enough on ur own *this is my problem*. So if you take some you sleep like everyone else. And it is very hard to OD on this stuff, you'd have to practically take an entire bottle in one night to do that. Hope this helps.
