Why doesn't Monster.com have the job title that I'm looking for? Secretary/ Receptionist....and which Industry(ies) should I high light that would fit for them? What other online job search sites can I go to to find a job ASAP?

Because the title "secretary" isn't used as often, search under alternate titles like administrative assistant or office assistant. Administration fields often hire assistance, as do medical offices, insurance companies and real estaate businesses. Any office environment. Monster is a good site. You could also try Craig's List or Career Builder. Good luck.
