  • Yes. Go to the batting cages or the driving range. =)
  • Hit the heavy bag, speed bag ,then go for a run
  • That would have be this morning & I had to go to sleep. It was a bad day
  • I have! I wanted to hit something with so much force and everything! What I did to deal with my anger was just put my face in a pillow and scream or beat my bed with a pillow. They take out the anger pretty well.
  • Frequently. I usually write, either a missive not to be mailed, a missive TO be mailed, or an editorial dissertation about the lackings of the person/situation to be either posted or not. I try to avoid posting or mailing these things because it shows that whatever it was got to me.
  • I did just that and took a bat and hit many things which I am not proud of and paid dearly for. Rage is not a pretty thing. Now I just walk away until I calm down.
  • Yes I have those days. I usually stomp my feet and scream! I live alone so nobody knows but me!!!!!!!!
  • Do a voodoo doll thing just for the fun of it? Spend some time with a dog or cat? (soothing to me) Pick up the phone and pretend you are talking to the person you are unhappy with, let em have it!? Spit?
  • I have and I dealt with it by taking a bat and beating something with it..LOL :)
  • Dealing with frustration is something that I do just about every day. I sometimes will just find a place all to myself. And listen to music or sometimes even write it. I think about how others or feeling. Realizing that no matter how bad or painful my own problems maybe. There are always others out there who have it worse than I. Not meaning that I am happy for them to have it worse than I. But to try & help lift their lives & get them back on their feet. This may not work for everyone. But to put a smile on a persons face who has just been told that they only have a few days to live. Or to help feed a family who is in need, even with what little I have. Or to change a persons mind who was thinking of ending their life. Also to fine ways to put a sparkle back into a persons eyes. Because I have been in most of these places myself one time or another. And most likely will be again, some were down the road. These things always make me realize just how well I have it. And with what little I have, to look for the good in life not the bad. And it makes me appreciate life much more each day......M.C.S.
  • Actually, a few times I did take a bat.....and blast the crap out of baseballs in a batting cage. Other times I go for a quick run. Or chop wood. Something to use up the adrenaline. Other times I have been known to toss down a couple beers and shots - attitude adjustment.
  • Yes i have and i deal with it by cutting myself i know its not a good or healthy way to deal with emotions but thats the only thing that seems to help me.
  • I used to have those days... I don't anymore. I don't miss them. What I did varied... sometimes I'd just go running... it felt good to have wind in my face, washing away my trouble. A few times I actually gathered up some other stressed out friends, covered old bats with duct tape, went down to the dump and SMASHED stuff. We now have a 4th of July tradition whenever we get together of smashing old non-functional appliances and electronics, vegetables of various sorts, and a watermelon. (We also have a spare watermelon to eat.) I think the best dump run was when there were some old doors with glass in them, and we smashed out all the glass panes in the doors. How satisfying!
  • Almost every Mon-Fri. I really need to find a new job!!! That seems to be the cause of most my stress and frustration. Most of the time I just cry.....it does not help at all. Should I not bring the bat in to work next week?????
  • I invested in a Wiffle Bat.
  • No........not myself, but I would love to give a bat to a monkey and just let him go to town on the neighbors car.
  • Honestly? In those situations I do things that land me in the hospital on a 72 hour hold
  • Okay, I need you to hold still RIGHT.... There! Batter UP!!!
