    Let's see... Electric/gas, garbage, water/sewer...

Electric & Gas - seem to be hovering around $100/month so far

    Garbage - costs $15/month

    Water/Sewer - about $125/month.

Total: Somewhere around $250/month. (Based on average monthly costs during the summer. Winter may be different).

However - There are 3 adults living in my home, no kids, and nobody is there during the day. If somebody were home all the time I'd assume it could be higher. The cat doesn't use much energy or water :)

About $40-45/month for everything, and it doesn't go up in the winter because I have a heat pump and excellent insulation. Yep. Apartments can be very nice.

In the summer 700-900 a month and in the winter 300-500.
