As far as I know, a man will feel a sort of sexual tension or "build-up" (figure of speech) just before he ejaculates.

The glans (head) of the penis will become extremely sensitive to any touch and it will swell considerably; the testicles will move close to the abdomen and the erection will become very strong overal. After these signs, it won't be long; about a minute or two usually, before ejaculation occures.
