I wouldn't recommend it. What did your doctor say? WHATS GOOD P-WIZZLE?!?!?!?!

There is no documented significant interaction between the two drug classes (ie sympathomimetics and antihistamines respectively), so it should be fine. In fact it is quite common for people to take the two in combination, particularly for allergies, as they fight the major symptoms (ie itch and runny/blocked nose) quite effectively. If in doubt your chemist/pharmacist/doctor should all be able to advise you

If you do, I would advise that you drink plenty of water. Dehydration is probably your only worry.

You can, but you may find the Claritin-D more effective... and longer lasting. I don't find Sudafed terribly effective for me... If you do take the decongestant, be sure to up your water intake significantly, or you'll just dry out your mucous membranes... which is miserable.

I don't think there is a problem taking them together, but I don't find that Sudafed PE works at all as a decongestant. It is not proven effective, in studies or in my family. Take the original formulation Sudafed (NOT PE) along with the Claritin.
