I'd just let her be. If I'm crying up a storm I don't need strangers in my business. Sometimes its just best to let it cry out.

Ask her if she is alright and lead her to the closest ladies room if I knew where it was or else ask her if we could call someone to help. Of course I would offer her my shoulder to cry on but since she doesnt know me I doubt if she would want to spill her guts to me.
