Probably not all but I'm sure they'll milk the popular ones for all they're worth. It's not like they have any shortage of characters or storylines so hey, more power to them.

Not all, but probably as many as possible. Some characters might not translate to the big screen well, while others aren't popular enough to merit the expense of producing a movie. They aren't likely to drag alternate reality versions of various characters in either, because movies without confusing story lines are more popular.

I dont know how many of the DC comics will be used on the screen, because of a good point one of my friends made to me. He is an avid comic maniac, and he says that the DC characters dont have any personality flaws that make for a good movie.
