I don't know about something target just for black women, but try Ulla Popken. Also, believe it or not, QVC has some great stuff both in clothing and make up.

Catherine's and Lane Bryant have trendy clothes but no make-up. Your best bet for make-up is probably a department store like Macy's. They have a few make-up brands especially for darker skin tones.

The best place for sexy, trendy and quality clothes and Lingerie is Ashley Stewart. I don't like Avenue because many of their clothes has stripes which plus size women should not wear because they make us look bigger. Lane Bryant is too expensive and so is Catherine's. Regarding makeup...MAC without a doubt. It is a tad bit pricey but it lasts long and definitely worth it. You can find MAC at select Macy's(call before you go).
