I love spinach. Unfortunately it leeches calcium from your bones so I eat it sparingly and when I do, I usually have something cheesy with it to offset that. I like it steamed quickly and served with butter or stir fried quickly (yep, butter again)..I use it chopped up in soups..I'm a little leery of eating it raw because of the e choli scares we keep having in California..in fact, we use kale a great deal in place of spinach because it has great food value with none of the calcium-leeching attribute of spinach. :)

Raw, in salads, and cooked into something. It's one vegetable that I'd never eat alone, cooked/steamed, though. It just isn't that visually appealing.

Deep fried! Seriously....I was over at my aunt's house and she was deep frying a chicken...or maybe it was a turkey....well, she threw in some spinach. OOH it was so good! It was crispy (melted in your mouth) but it defeated the purpose....that's okay though. It was worth it!

Yuck. And what sucks of all is when you get a salad and start eating to find out there is spinach in your salad (since spinach isn't noticeable at first). Ruins your meal
-
I will put it in salads, stir-fries, pasta dishes and sandwiches, or whatever other way I can think of.

I must admit, I was never a fan of spinach - but that is probably to do with how my mother cooked it *LOL* However, i got to like it when added to other things. I add it to spaghetti sauce, or put on pizzas ( I love a pizza florentine), but my favourite recipe is for goats cheese and spinach strudel! Take some sheets of filo pastry, brush with melted butter etc (about 6 sheets) put some young spinach leaves on the pastry, put some goats cheese on top (small chunks, sprinkled liberally), add a few cherry tomatoes, aprinkle a few cashew nuts on top. Then roll the whole lot up, making sure to tuck the ends underneath. Brush with melted butter and bake in a moderately hot oven for about 20-25 mins. Can be served hot, or cold (for a picnic!) Yummmmmmmmmm

If I'm serving spinach, I don't do it raw; I usually wear at least a shirt and trousers. But I prefer to eat spinach raw. And in the raw.

I like spinach anyway it is prepared. Good stuff.

Usually in a salad, but sometimes in steamed greens.

i like the home made spinach dip you put in a hawaiian bread bowl.

Raw fresh spinach salads, with some thin sliced onion, tomato, hard-boiled eggs, croutons and my favorite dressings are the way I like to go!! I will also eat cooked spinach, but prefer it otherwise.
