Foolishly...I just recently purchased a Jaguar and I took it through an automated car wash and the brushes scratched the hood. How do I get these scratches off?

    you want POLISHING compound not rubbing compound.polishing compound is finer grit and not as abrasive as rubbing compound...after using the polishing compound,go back over the car w/"Zymol" it is the finest automobile wax i have ever used.

    i would take it somewhere to have it done... you could do it with rubbing compound yourself but if its not done correctly it can leave swirl marks and discoloration

    Go to autozone or some place similar and ask for rubbing compound then rub it on your car for about thirty minutes and wala
