Try ichthammol ointment made by Goldline labritories. You can get it at your local pharmacy. If you don't see it out on the shelves, ask the pharmacist, sometimes it's sold under other names. Boil-eaze was one but I think the took the ingredient out. I also heard another cheap and easy product to use to draw out the boils/cysts is Hemorrhoid Cream. I never tried that. The ichthammol ointment should relieve the pain and draw it out, but you should also see a doctor. It could be a more serious infection and sometimes you need to have a culture to see exactly what you are dealing with, especially if you get boils often. Good luck.
