I completed the PS2 game Need for Speed Most Wanted with a rating of 83%. How can I get a 100% rating?

You must win ALL the races and pass ALL milestones. So when you had to win 5 races out of 8 (or whatever) races to qualify to race against a blacklist racer, that left races not done. Now you need to go to the blacklist page and press up or down to go through the list of races and milestones to check which ones you have missed.

PS I know this is an old question and you have probably worked it out by now, but maybe others have not.
