No one should be on aspirin therapy except on the advice and under the direction of their doctor.
People who have had, or are at risk of developing, heart disease and ischemic stroke are prime candidates for aspirin therapy. Aspirin regiment is contraindicated in patients with hemorrhagic stroke. High blood pressure, high level of LDL cholesterol, sustained physical inactivity due to illnesses or neurological deficits (quadriplegia, paraplegia), and smoking are other risk factors that may call for aspirin therapy.
Even for normal and healthy people, aspirin therapy may be recommended on a temporary basis if they have to sit for an extended period of time (like on a transcontinental flight that may last 18 hours straight) to prevent deep vein thrombosis.
you should seek medical advice for this one...some people should never be on an aspirin regime
