  • No you have to wash the sweat off so that you can be hygenical like society says you should be.
  • Well it is true that you should take a shower after working out (sweating) but not for the reason you stated There is bacteria in sweat so if you dont take a shower after you work out well where does that bacteria stay...on your body which could cause the skin on your face to break out So it would be best to take a shower after you work-out unless you dont want any hugs that day =)
  • No you need to shower after exercise and sweating to stop bacteria forming in the sweat and causing body odour. It has nothing to do with losing weight but stale sweat smells and makes people unpleasant to be around. The exercise will help you lose the weight.
  • You cannot "loose" weight unless it it "too tight" in which case, you would "loosen" weight. This is one of the most annoying misspellings. I think you mean "lose" weight.
