Do you really think that some Chinese resturaunts (at least in the USA) really cook cats and dogs and other animals (non beef, pork, chicken, or fish...those kind.)

No, they would be shut down by the health department if they did. In parts of China, dog meat is a delicacy and it would be advertised as such, not served as a replacement for other meat.

No, this is a complete myth! Even in China they do not eat cats and dogs, in Korea they used to, but that practice was stopped in the 1990's.
