Every morning on my way to work I see a homeless woman, I would bestow the gift of self esteem.The reason being,maybe w/a little self esteem she could find her way out of her situation.

I have pondered for so long over this that it has made my head hurt. I would wish that the top surgeon at Great Ormond Street Hospital (largest & best childrens hospital in England) was successfull in every operation he performed - even on the most sick of children.

i would chose any kind harted troubled person.i would do this because they would do something to help A) them selves because they need it or B) the world. either way it would help everyone.
